What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 35% of your sales. You will be charged a $12.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

What is the process?

The process is super easy! You will sign up for a time slot and bring your items during one of our VIP drop off days. Be sure to have your clothes clean and organized. We will help you unload your car and put your items into boxes. We will enter your items into our database for the sale, bring your items to the store, and place them out for you. You simply drop off your items and drive away!

How much can I earn?

If you bring your items on PLASTIC hangers you will earn 45%. Be sure to have the hangers facing like a question mark. There is a $12 consignor fee that will come out of your check at the end of the sale. If you do not have your items on hangers you will receive 35% and a $12 consignor fee plus a $10 hanger fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale.

Referral Program

Would you like to make more money on your items? EASY just refer your friends to become a consignor. Refer one NEW consignor and get your $12 consignor fee back. Refer 2 new consignors get an additional 5%. Refer 4 consignors and get an additional 10%. You will only receive one of these bonuses! However, if you refer 5 new consignors, you will get an additional 10 % of your sales AND a $100 RL gift card to spend at our sale!

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

NEW: An echeck will be emailed to you after the sale. Simply print from home and deposit as you normally would!

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes by email, or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). We will accept Mardi Gras, St. Patty's Day, Easter, Fourth of July clothing. We will accept swimsuits and life jackets. We also have a 50 item limit on all 0 - 12 mo. clothing unless they are boutique items or new with tags.

Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

There is a 50 item limit on all 0-12 mo. items unless they are boutique brands or new with tags. There is a Junior Girls clothing limit of 25 items per Consignor numbers (there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.

Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall/Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear, officially licensed, or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding Maternity Clothing Outdated clothing

Is there a minimum number of items to consign?

Yes, 50 items is the minimum.
